Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ceowardrobe.com and any products, programs and memberships offered by Randy Willard Fashion Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

01Our products

We offer digital educational products, including The CEO Wardrobe online program, free trainings and resources, and The CEO Wardrobe VIP Circle, a paid membership community. Content is provided for educational purposes.

02Your account

Some content requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

03License to use our content

When you purchase a program or membership, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own use. You may not copy, resell, share, record, distribute or publicly display any of our content without our written permission. All content, including videos, guides, checklists, images and branding, remains our property and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

04Payments and pricing

Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars. Payment plans, if offered, are a commitment to pay the full amount; missed payments may result in loss of access. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

05VIP Circle subscriptions and automatic renewal

The VIP Circle is an automatically renewing subscription. When you join, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period at the price shown at checkout ($47 per month on the monthly plan or $470 per year on the yearly plan, plus any applicable taxes) until you cancel.

How to cancel: you can cancel at any time online from your account settings (Account → Billing / Subscriptions), or by reaching us through our contact page. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

We will send you a confirmation of your subscription, including these terms and how to cancel, after you join. If the price of your subscription changes, we will notify you in advance.

06Refunds

All sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

07Community guidelines

In the VIP Circle and any other community space, please be respectful. We may remove content or suspend access for harassment, spam, sharing others’ personal information, or sharing paid content outside the community.

08No guarantees

Results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional or financial outcome. See our Disclaimer.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Randy Willard Fashion Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
